• Sessions are scheduled every 30 minutes, with only 20 minutes allocated for each appointment.
• Punctuality is essential! If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we’ll have to shorten your session as other families are booked immediately after. Thank you for understanding!
• Once your spot is booked and paid in full, your reservation is non-refundable.
• Following booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a quick questionnaire and tips on how to prepare for your session so you can make the most of this exciting day!

Q: Can we include just the kids in the photos, or do we need to include the whole family?
A: These sessions are designed to be flexible! You can choose to have just the kids photographed, the whole family, or even a mix of both during your 20-minute session.
Q: What if we want more than 6 images?
A: You’ll have the option to purchase additional images from your personalized proofing gallery if you’d like to expand your collection beyond the 6 included images.
Q: What happens if we’re late?
A: Unfortunately, we have back-to-back sessions scheduled throughout the day. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we’ll have to shorten your session to fit the remaining time. Please aim to arrive a few minutes early to ensure you get the full experience!
Q: How many people can be in the session?
A: The session fee includes immediate family members, up to 6 people. If your family has more than 6 members, please contact us before booking so we can discuss special accommodations.
Q: When will we receive our images?
A: You’ll receive a link to your personalized proofing gallery one week after your session. From there, you can select your favorite images for download.
